Our Event Management Services take the stress out of your wedding journey and let you focus on the fun of it all, we work hard to help couples at every stage of the process. We continually invest in our venues, equipment, online services and training, to provide a first-class service for all of our booked couples. As well as providing ongoing support 7 days a week, fantastic online tools and incredibly useful information which assists our couples in planning their Best Day Ever. We don't do ‘dry hire’, this is when you book a wedding venue and then have to organise everything else on your own!
Your Viewing
Prior to reserving a date, you will have enjoyed an hour-long guided tour of the venue. Viewing the romantic ceremony spaces, stunning surroundings and everything in between.
One of our amazing Wedding Specialists will have helped you to visualise your big day at the venue and explained how to make it your own, before talking you through what happens where and answered any questions you might have had.
Hopefully you left the viewing with a real sense of how passionate the Wedding Specialists are about making your wedding day dreams come true and gained an understanding of just how helpful they can be throughout your planning journey.
Your Priority Information
Once you have reserved a date, you get Exclusive Access to our Priority Information. This is Exclusive Content which is only available to booked couples; you’ll find inspirational ideas for your wedding breakfast, detailed examples of wedding day timings, wedding drinks information and loads of other useful wedding planning info.
This exclusive content gives a step by step guide to booking the venue and contact details for the registrars and local churches.

Setting your date is a big deal!
Once you've reserved a date our amazing Bookings Team spring into action to ensure that your date is safeguarded for you and only you.
You'll receive a booking pack confirming the date and price and detailing our terms and conditions. Our fabulous booking team are on hand to answer any queries you might have regarding the terms and conditions, please don't hesitate to ask if you've got a question.
Once you reserve your date with us, it is 100% exclusively yours and upon confirmation of your booking, we will not allow anyone else to purchase your date, no matter what they offer!

Once your booking is confirmed we'll contact your exclusive wedding caterers your behalf and secure their services for your special day. Their team of experienced and talented chefs are committed to serving up sensational celebratory dishes, created using only the finest ingredients.
We'll give you access to our amazing Food & Drink website packed with clearly priced dishes and detailed information on making the most of the no corkage rinks option.
You'll find inspiring menus, great ideas and delectable dishes online, making it simple and straightforward for you to create a bespoke menu for your own unique and delicious wedding breakfast.

Your Wedding Specialists
From your very first viewing, right through to leaving the venue on your wedding night as a newly married couple our Wedding Specialists are on hand to answer your questions, offer advice and recommendations and generally ensure you enjoy the wedding day of your dreams.
This invaluable support is available 7 days a week, right up to your special day, no matter how far away that is. All you need to do, is simply pop them an email with any questions or queries, big or small and look forward to a prompt response!

Your Online Wedding Planner
By now you will have received access to your own bespoke online Wedding Planner which is date and venue specific, it's packed full of top tips, landmark dates, supplier recommendations and detailed information about your wedding and what you need to tackle next.
You can personalise your Wedding Planner further by sending in a photograph of you and your partner that we'll upload to your planner.
Update your planner regularly and we'll be able to share your wedding planning journey with you, every step of the way.
Your Tasting Event
We organise special Tasting Events for all our booked couples. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful date night at your chosen wedding venue in the build up to your special day. At your Tasting Event you will be served a delicious selection of our most popular winning dishes as well as new and innovative flavour combinations.
You will also have the opportunity to sample some of the incredible wines and reception drinks on offer from The Cellar; allowing you to make informed decisions about your wedding catering.
We hope you’ll relax and enjoy a delicious meal made all the more enticing by the seductive ambience and atmosphere of your venue when it is full of people and dressed for a wedding.
Your Planning Meeting
Whilst you may get to know a few of us during your wedding journey, around 4 months before your wedding date you will learn who your specific Wedding Specialist is.
Around 3 months prior to your Wedding Day we’ll invite you to your Planning Meeting which is held at your venue with your specific Wedding Specialist.
Your Wedding Specialist will ask you loads of questions at your Planning Meeting so that on your wedding day, we know exactly how you want the day to flow and we can get on with making that happen, while you get on with enjoying yourselves!
They will ask for details of which suppliers you have chosen, who your florist is, your photographer etc. They will establish the running order for your wedding day and get clarity over the timings.
They will also confirm your 9am drop off of all your wedding items, the day before your wedding, including any drinks you may be supplying and all your name place cards, favours etc.
Your Wedding Day
We only do weddings. All day, every day! Which means that we do not open as a hotel or restaurant, and we do not host any other kind of event!
Our specialised venues and expert staff mean that all our focus is on creating incredible weddings for our lovely couples.
