About The Melbourne Cake Company
Established since 2009, over the years I have tailored my skills to specialise in designing and creating beautiful, luxury wedding cakes. I have a background in Design and Account management. Design is something that is a part of me in both my personal & professional life and to combine it with my love of food, is the perfect marriage for me! Account management has helped me to communicate with clients and interpret their wants and needs into creating beautifully bespoke wedding cakes. I offer iced, buttercream and semi naked designs from intimate weddings to larger scale events. Favours and dessert tables can also be catered for upon request. I want to create a hassle free, seamless journey for each of my couples. From design conception, receiving your taster box to the final realisation of your design. Setting the cake in situ is my favourite part, seeing everything come together that will leave your guests in awe and the cake tasting amazing in the process.

I am excited about working with you! I have a 'Can do' attitude and I love designing with colour, texture and shape. By working together we can create a show stopping design with fresh ideas that's personalised to you. It all starts by you getting in touch! Then we can dive into looking at the details you have already planned and put together concepts for your cake. I am happy for you to share with me Pinterest boards, images of inspiration or let me guide you through some suggestions if you don't know where to begin. I will sketch out proposals and ideas for us to explore, whilst you enjoy a Taster box to decide which flavours to have. To secure your date in my diary requires a deposit payment, with the balance due 1 month prior to delivery. Once your date is secured you can sit back and enjoy the rest of your wedding plans. If you wish to make any changes or tweaks this can be done up to three months prior to the wedding date. Otherwise your design is safe in my hands.
Making Memories
I personally deliver and set up each cake, its my favourite part of the job! Seeing everything seamlessly come together with the styling, florals and venue when the presentation of your cake meets the vision we both set out to achieve. It makes me happy and leaves you to concentrate on enjoying your special day with your closest people.
