My name is AJay (She/Her) and my hair is blue; Welcome to Blue Jay Photography!
My photography style is a lot like me; colourful, romantic at heart and buckets of fun! I love to capture those bear hugs and belly laughs - and i'll cry along with you during those emotional speeches.
I offer relaxed and romantic wedding photography, capturing all the natural smiles and happy tears your day brings!
I offer four wedding photography packages - from mini packages to the full shebang! But of course i'm always happy to tailor a package especially for you.

In my line of work, it's safe to say I never have a bad day at work! I get to see people looking their best and at their happiest, and it's such a wholesome experience. I will bring that positive energy to your day; i'll be your biggest cheerleader and i'll make sure you KNOW just how good you look because nothing makes you look more beautiful for your couple portraits like confidence.
However, wedding days can bring stress with them at times too. I am not only first aid trained but also trained in mental health first aid. I'll be there for you calming your last minute nerves with handy helpful advice at the ready to make your day go perfectly and as you envisage.

Making Memories
"We were so lucky to have found AJay to document our wedding. She was simply fantastic! From the morning to the evening AJay made us feel totally at ease. At points in the day we forgot she was even there which is how she was able to get some amazingly candid shots of laughs and tears! Our photo album tells the story of our day and looking through them was like experiencing it all over again. The photos are beautiful and captured the day perfectly. She took the perfect balance of staged and natural shots. We had a rowdy crowd and she was able to whip everyone into action when she needed to in order to get the shots we wanted. Alongside being incredibly talented in photography, she is just the most positive person who clearly loves love.
