About Benjamin Clarke - The Wedding Pianist

Benjamin Clarke is a musician whose diverse performance resumé includes the 100th Royal Variety Show performance with Neil Diamond, recitals at London's Wigmore Hall and Manchester's Bridgewater Hall and concerts as far afield as Australia, Hong Kong and the Philippines. With over twenty years experience playing for all types of weddings, he is now a recommended supplier for many established wedding venues in the North-West of England including: The Ashes Barns, Foxtail Barns and Pendrell Hall.

Benjamin is able to provide an exceptional standard of music and service throughout your Ceremony, Drinks Reception or Wedding Breakfast. All of Benjamin's wedding packages are tailormade for each individual wedding and he will work hard to ensure that all of your requirements, both prior to and during your wedding, are attained.

Benjamin performs with his own portable black grand piano. The Grand Piano as well as any additional stage pianos + all PA equipment are included in every package. All styles of music can be performed and examples can be listened to on the website. Benjamin will perform your choices of music from his own extensive repertoire list, however whenever possible he is also happy to learn any number of new song requests. A free “video call” consultation is available to all prospective couples. This is a great opportunity to hear Benjamin perform your music, as well as a chance to discuss ideas and the different packages that can be provided. There is no obligation to go ahead with a booking after your consultation.

#WeddingGoals

Music is a deeply important part of my own life and I am very aware of the personal role it plays on a couple's special day. I work as hard as I can to provide a musical experience that is both exciting and unique to each couple. Discovering people's musical “likes” and “dislikes” is an important part of this process, something I really enjoy doing when working with couples to create their own bespoke playlists. I think it is important to meet, to discuss ideas and for couples to hear their music played “live” before considering a booking. The free consultations that I offer are a great opportunity at which to do this.

As a graduate from the Royal Northern College of Music and with twenty years experience in the wedding industry, the quality of performance and the musical service I am able to provide will be of the highest standard. I have an honest and friendly approach as well as a desire to make the music a fun and memorable feature at every wedding I am involved with.

Making Memories

It is a real pleasure for me to be able to play a part in creating magical memories for couples. Here are just of few of many reviews from weddings I have played for at Best Day Ever Venues:

"Ross and I want to thank you for playing at our wedding at The Ashes Venue. It was so much more than we could have ever asked for. You are so talented and lots of our family and friends commented on how lovely your music was. Some were surprised to hear such a large collection too! You have left us with a wonderful memory of our day.”
Karis & Ross

"After meeting you over zoom we immediately knew we had to have you involved in our day- your piano playing is exceptional! We were so grateful to you for learning the extra songs we’d asked and for playing all of our favourites as well. They all meant something to us. You were so professional, friendly and brilliant on our wedding day- happy to set up early and ensuring that the day ran smoothly. Thank you so much again!"
Emma & Jamie

"Benjamin you were amazing on our wedding day. The feedback from our guests was great. You played with so much style and I am so glad I left the play list to you. A huge thank you from both of us!”
Megan & Will
