About The Horse Trailer
We offer coffee and cake as well as a bar offering, both of which can be offered from a vintage restored horsebox or reclaimed wood bar (perfect for inside a marquee!)
Our aim is to provide high quality drinks from beautiful bars in the most sustainable way possible, our ethos is simple: Ethical, Sustainable, Handmade.
- All our coffee beans are ethically sourced directly funding farmers overseas to improve working conditions and skill sets.
- We stock a range of sustainable and small distillery spirits in addition to firm favorites. Our main gin supplier is a Green Distillery.
- All our disposables are fully compostable when glassware is not preferred.
- All our cakes are lovingly handmade.
We are proud to be 5 star hygiene registered.

With over 20 years combined hospitality and catering experience we lovingly converted the horsebox ourselves to ensure that it worked perfectly to suit all our needs and we can therefore offer the best service to you.
Our set ups always attract comments and add to the styling of your wedding.
We offer a professional approach ensuring that we meet and exceed all your expectations. With experience of both large and small scale events we understand the importance of set up, staffing and products to ensure that the set ups are run as efficiently as possible.
We can work with you to create a customized menu to ensure we're including all your favorites whether it's a personalised cocktail or hot chocolate, we've got you covered.
Making Memories
The Horse Trailer has been operating for 5 years across the event industry from intimate wedding set up's to music festivals with capacities over 80,000.
This has allowed us to refine the offerings to ensure that the highest standards are achieved but don't just take our word for it....
